Hotel Swissotel Tbilisi

Keti from Laundry did something we really appreciated after our rainy wedding day: she cared for my wife's wedding dress and got it looking fresh again, almost like new. Davit at Olives restaurant also stood out. His table skills were impeccable, and he handled the dining experience with real professionalism and pride in his work. The care from the staff made our stay at Swissotel Tbilisi memorable. Service throughout the hotel felt warm, sincere, and polished, and we could tell people genuinely cared.

The wellness area was fantastic, relaxing, and never too crowded, and the rooms were spacious, modern, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed every minute here. Breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was rich, and the restaurants and lounge bar had a really nice atmosphere. Service across the hotel was impeccable. Luka, a young waiter with a real heart for helping, was especially keen to give great service. Definitely an A+ stay.

The spa was peaceful and well looked after, and I could really unwind there. We also enjoyed carefully prepared, high quality food at the restaurant, then relaxed over very good drinks at the bar. I spent five days at the Swiss Hotel and felt comfortable throughout. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional without getting in the way. It was a very enjoyable stay, and I’d gladly return.

The breakfast had a surprisingly wide selection for adults and kids, and the restaurant has a beautiful view. It becomes a fine dining spot later, with seafood, fish, and house-cured beef displayed in dry fridges. My photos show what I chose for lunch, a morning dessert, and the terrace view. The hotel is new and beautiful, with smart rooms and very friendly staff. It’s just a two-minute walk from Dry Bridge Market. I found it a very positive, affordable stay and would come back on my next trip to Tbilisi.
