Right in the center of Tbilisi, with a stunning view over the town and good value for the price. The hosts are warm and welcoming, and it feels like a real Georgian home with lovely people. Thanks to the host, and my strongest recommendation to anyone looking for that kind of stay.

I was very disappointed with this place. Everything besides the sheets and towels seemed really dirty, and the accommodation wasn't clean. The houses also felt very run-down. The hill leading up is extremely steep, so steep that even taxis couldn't make it up, but Booking.com didn't mention that. I stayed five nights and paid for the last day too so I wouldn't have to carry my luggage before my early flight. Even so, they switched off the heaters around 7 PM, and I was freezing until I left at 2 AM. One woman was friendly, but that didn't make up for the stay. I wouldn't consider this place if I come to Tbilisi again.

The local character is clear as soon as you arrive, and the hosts are welcoming and quick to respond. The rooms are clean and have what you need. Shops, parks, and restaurants are nearby, and the funicular station is an easy walk away for a trip to a lovely tourist spot.
