The guesthouse is in a quiet spot in central Tiblisi, close to all the tourist attractions. The terrace would be lovely for breakfast on a sunny day. Some roads are currently closed for construction, which makes getting there by car difficult. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but I’d stay here again.

A small, family-run hotel in a very central location, yet it stays peaceful. It’s clean and cozy, breakfast is delicious, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. You can feel at home here.

We got out after one sleepless night in this hellish place. The bed was uncomfortable, the WiFi kept cutting out, sometimes there was no water, and things weren’t maintained. On top of that, we’d reserved a room with a balcony and were given a much smaller one without one. It’s very poorly run. I really wouldn’t recommend staying here. You’ve been warned.

Be careful if you’re looking for anything beyond a room to sleep in. You can’t trust Nana, she just wants to make money from you.

I imagine the terrace would be perfect in spring and summer.
