Tiflis Hotel

We found the neighborhood really handy, with shops and places for khachapuri and cheese close by, plus plenty of restaurants and nightlife. The city center was easy enough to get to, too. The hotel has a lovely design and a cozy feel, and the staff were mostly kind and helpful. Breakfast was decent, with little changes from day to day. Our triple room felt cramped with three beds and would have suited two better. The facilities were okay for a 3-4 star place, though some could use an upgrade.

The breakfast room is lovely, but there wasn't much choice. It was just boiled eggs and a few other things, and coffee cost extra. Our room also needed more light, the pillows were hard as rocks, and the room itself was dark and in need of repairs. The location is a plus, close to the city center and the street with most of the Turkish restaurants. It's very quiet, though. I've stayed in hotels with scores over 9 that were much better. I'd put this one at 7.5 at most.

Irakli Abramashvili took such good care of us and handled our requests with real thoughtfulness. He went above and beyond to make our stay feel welcoming. The hotel is lucky to have such a talented young man on the team, and the management deserves credit for it. The staff were wonderful and friendly, and the location was nice.

We slept well despite staying on the busiest, most popular street, since the hotel sits back in a courtyard and stayed quiet. The staff were attentive and helpful, the room was very clean, and breakfast was good. A few useful additions would be a toothbrush cup in the bathroom, plus a trash bin and tissues in the room. We enjoyed our stay, and the location is great.
