The staff are welcoming and polished, the location is the best in Tbilisi, and the WiFi is reliable. Rooms are comfortable and clean, with high quality linens and an extremely comfortable mattress. The staff make guests their priority and meet every wish. I’ve stayed before and will definitely be back. It’s amazing to see the hotel keep getting better. Thank you!

I felt right at home here. The rooms were clean, I felt safe, the food was delicious, and the minibar had everything I could want at reasonable prices. The atmosphere and staff were as friendly and nice as could be. Wow, it’s been a long time since I was this satisfied with a hotel. I’d come back, 10/10!

A good, clean budget hotel for relaxing at night after a tour. The staff are cooperative and speak English. I’d suggest staying in Old Tbilisi if you want nicer evenings and nights enjoying bars and restaurants. Visited in August 2019.

Natia made the stay especially easy, she was a wonderful manager and helped with everything. I travel constantly for work and stay in plenty of hotels, but rarely find hospitality like this. Veranova Hotel felt clean, safe, and homey, with lovely rooms and kind staff. It’s within walking distance of the center in Tbisili. I’ll book here again on my next trip. Thanks to the whole team, you were exceptional.

The area is quiet, with the metro nearby and the old town an easy walk away. There are also good restaurants and bars close by. The hotel was spotless and the staff were friendly. A few little improvements would make it perfect, but I’d definitely recommend it.
