Vita Hotel

We booked five nights for me, my mom, and my one-year-old son after reading the booking.com reviews. We’d just arrived after a 10-hour flight and had to use the bathroom. The shower was awful: water spread across the whole bathroom, leaving your feet wet even when sitting on the toilet. The beds were terribly uncomfortable, and I could feel the metal through the mattress. We told the administration we were disappointed. Although booking.com said free cancellation, they charged us for one night. The administrator was rude and unpleasant, repeatedly bringing up the baby bed we’d requested and the transfer we’d paid for, as if those things meant we had to be grateful and stay. They made me pay for one night, then immediately asked me to submit a free cancellation, so I guess that meant I couldn’t leave a bad review there. We moved to a better hotel. We won’t book here again, and I’d say don’t book if you don’t want to be disappointed.

The view from the room was lovely, and breakfast was nice too. The woman at reception, though, was very rude. She asked us to wait three hours to check in because her Russian friends hadn’t checked out on time. Dealing with her wasn’t pleasant.

Hotel Vita made my December 2024 trip to Georgia the best time. The location, room service, and staff were all great. Highly recommended.

The bathroom looked ugly, and the photos showed a different standard. There wasn’t even a mop for cleaning. The shower is only two metres from the toilet, so the whole floor gets wet. 🤯🤦🤦 We paid for a buffet breakfast but got four slices of tomato, four slices of cucumber, one slice of cheese, two slices of sausage, one egg, bread, and tea per person. It felt cheeky and was pretty poor. They brought it to the room while we were in bed, and there wasn’t even any butter.
