I've been living at Wine Castle with my family for over a year, and we're not planning to leave anytime soon. The city views are breathtaking, and the hotel is in one of Tbilisi's safest, nicest areas. The price feels lower than it should be for a place like this. Ana and Gia, the owners, are the kindest, most generous people I've met. They're always friendly and ready to sort out a problem, and they make sure the hotel provides top notch service. I highly recommend Wince Castle. Thanks, Ana and Gia, for being such amazing hosts.

The walls are so thin that I could hear every conversation in the next room, even people speaking normally at night. The place is advertised as a romantic getaway and family friendly, but that made it hard to sleep. My stay was also deeply unpleasant when I got the flu and needed temporary help. The owners and hotel manager had been nice at first, but then treated me like a pest and wouldn't help. They seem focused on getting good reviews, and I found them nasty when they didn't need anything from me. When something breaks, they find a way to blame you and make you pay, even if it wasn't your fault, like a curtain falling or the shower wheel breaking. I felt there was no basic human decency. Stay somewhere else.
