Wine Palace Hotel

The staff were rude and unprofessional, and the breakfast was poor quality. Hallways were often cluttered with trash, and dirty tables were left unattended. In the room, the glasses weren't washed during cleaning and no fresh toothbrushes were provided. The internal phone line was almost always out of order, so contacting the front desk was impossible. Housekeeping was extremely poor: the beds were dirty and worn, hair covered the floor, and the towels were old, torn, and full of holes. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I absolutely don't recommend it.

The place had a pleasant atmosphere and was well maintained. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location felt quiet and safe while still making it easy to get around. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, and always made us feel welcome. I really enjoyed the stay and will definitely return.

I always find other people's comments helpful when booking, so I wanted to share this: we weren't satisfied at all. Our room was tiny and not clean, and the bed was so bad we couldn't rest comfortably. We asked to change rooms, but they refused. I don't recommend this hotel. It kept us from enjoying our trip as much as we could have.

The design inside is beautiful, with careful attention to detail in every corner. The rooms were clean and spacious. Great hotel.
