We were travelling as a family and had two rooms. Both were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with very comfy beds. The hotel is close to the city centre, and its location made sightseeing by taxi easy and affordable. There’s a lovely rooftop view, plus a free gym and an exclusive sauna for guests. Breakfast was great, with the kitchen staff making different dishes each morning, and the ladies were very sweet. The cleaning staff were also lovely and carefully cleaned every corner. We stayed in the first week of December 2025, and the receptionist was kind, helpful, and spoke English easily. She made sure everything was perfect. After the care and comfort we experienced, I can’t give less than five stars. Thank you, Team ZP Palace!

The rooms are basic but perfectly good, and we were happy with the service and location. Having a parking spot was a real plus. I’d recommend booking a massage with Nena, just ask at reception. We had a great stay.

ZP - Zaza Pachulia 🔥 The rooms and breakfast were good too, but the gym is hands down the best one I’ve come across in a hotel.

We stayed for a week, and the rooms were kept very clean and tidy, with a thorough cleaning every day. My only room comment is that the shower had no glass door. The neighborhood is residential, so there’s no nightlife or restaurants nearby. The location is good, though not the best, and the nearest metro is a 10-minute walk. Breakfast was average and there was plenty of it, but the dishes weren’t familiar to us. Boiled eggs and Greek yogurt were the reliable options.

It’s a quiet area, with a bus stop right at the door and the metro about a seven-minute walk away. The location is close to everything. The hotel and rooms were very clean, and the service was very good.
