My mother stayed there from 13.11-27.11. The staff were good and the hotel itself was great, but one doctor pushed her into having a lot of procedures. She became unwell and an ambulance took her to the hospital. She nearly died; it was too much strain on her body. They also never refunded the procedures she had to leave unfinished because she was sick.

The location is good enough, and the place is decent for a stay. Just be ready for a bit of a trip back to the 90s, and don't expect anything fancy.

I was there to speak at a conference, not to stay overnight, and had a meal at the cafe. The place was clean, and I have no complaints. The chicken soup was really good, with moist chicken.

The room was okay, but the food was pretty terrible and the staff weren't very friendly.

The care felt personal, and the staff were polite.
