Epigraph Tbilisi Center Hotel

The location really made our Tbilisi trip. We were right among the main sights and shopping areas, so getting around was easy. The rooms were spacious, the staff friendly, and the service was great. We enjoyed staying here and would recommend it.

The location is very convenient, and I want to recognize Gigi Nozadze and Giorgi Toronjadze for being warm, welcoming, and professional. Their attitude was a real positive. The rest of the stay felt more irritating than relaxing, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel. Some staff behavior seemed unprofessional, and I felt uncomfortable and not fully secure. There was a subtle but noticeable feeling of discrimination, particularly as an Arab/Muslim guest. The rooms are very small, and the breakfast buffet was limited and below what I expected for a hotel in this category. The service and atmosphere need serious improvement so guests of any background can feel welcome and comfortable.

The hotel itself offers good value, with a great location and staff who were courteous, patient, and helpful with transport, questions, and small problems. The trouble during my several nights came from a few guests whose behavior disrupted everyone around them. This is about those individuals' conduct, not their nationality. Groups in neighboring rooms and hallways ran back and forth well past midnight, night after night. They shouted between floors from balconies and stair landings, making it hard for others to sleep. At breakfast, I saw people touch buffet food with bare hands to check if it was warm, then put it back. Some also took food while barefoot and wearing bathrobes in shared areas. Staff tried politely to step in, but were ignored. Customs differ, but travelers still need to respect the norms of the place they're visiting. Running in corridors after midnight, touching communal food by hand, shouting across floors, and treating shared spaces like your own home made the stay uncomfortable for other guests. The hotel should back its staff with clearer rules and firmer enforcement in common areas and during quiet hours. Signs by the buffet and in hallways, or a reminder at check-in, could help. The staff are excellent and the location is ideal. With the hotel's own quality, my stay could have been enjoyable if a few guests had been more considerate. Management can address this and make the property one of the area's best options.

A comfortable, neat room and welcoming staff made this a good stay. The hotel is right in the city center, with everything close by. A good option for a stay in Georgia.
