The access road to the hotel was terrible, and everything else was very basic. I thought it was a bit pricey compared with other places in Georgia. The people were nice and tried to meet our needs, including making pasta for our children at breakfast when we asked. Service was good.

David, the owner, gave us a warm welcome and was very friendly. Dinner and breakfast were tasty and generous, and there was hot water around the clock. The living room had a warm fireplace. Two rooms had private bathrooms. Great value for money, strongly recommended.

The roof terrace is huge, with a beautiful view of the Swan Towers and Greater Caucasus Mountains. There's plenty of room in the shared dining area too. The family running the place is friendly and hospitable, and the service is good. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were tasty, while the rooms were cozy and clean. I've stayed here a couple of times with guests and it has never disappointed us. Highly recommended!

The rooms are small, but comfy, clean, and well maintained, each with its own bathroom. We had room w04 beside the terrace. There's also a small kitchen and washing machine. The terrace has a fantastic view, and the guesthouse is nicely built. The owners are incredibly hospitable and well known and respected in the community. Their food is delicious, and we met visitors from many parts of the world during our stay. The old neighborhood's narrow streets are impressive. 100% recommended.

Villa Lileo was very clean and spacious, and it's a good starting point for the glacier hike. Alana and her family were warm and welcoming, and the food was amazing with plenty of it. We'd definitely come again!
