1125 City Apartment

The apartments are in a really good spot in East Legon, and the place itself is decent. But the cleaning was a complete nightmare during the almost month my family, including two young kids, stayed there. Cleaners said they changed sheets weekly, but they flipped the old sheets and pillowcases over and put them back. Dirty towels from the floor were hung up as if they were fresh. They also left the apartment dirty and unhygienic for hours halfway through cleaning. Our apartment looked like the attached photo for almost half a day, with children there, because the cleaners left it that way. My wife asked repeatedly for dirty sheets to be changed, but nobody responded until about a day before checkout. Management was unresponsive, and for what they charge, the cleaning should be top notch. You either provide a cleaning service or you don’t. Don’t claim to offer one when it’s this poor. Management needs to do much better with cleaning and sanitation.
