It can get loud here well into the evening, which is a lot of noise for a residential neighborhood. I couldn't tell if this was meant to be a hotel or an event venue.

The staff are friendly and the rooms are okay. It would be better if the rooms were indoors.

The place is pretty run down and badly needs interior work. The rooms are old, the fridge doesn't work, the AC leaks, and it takes a while for the hot water to heat up. There's a bad smell from the toilet, and the kitchen has no appliances or even basic things like a cup, spoon, or plate. You'd really just be paying for somewhere to rest for however long you've booked. If a run down hotel is what you're after, this one is for you.

Getting a ride to or from here is easy, and you can travel into or out of town from the property. There are plenty of nearby eateries and convenience shops too. They have room to host events, plus a swimming pool. You can have a picnic or stay overnight.
