The front desk team made a particularly good impression on me. The gentleman who greeted me had a big smile, was so pleasant, and even carried my luggage out to the car park. When he realized I'd like it, he welcomed me with fresh coconut juice. The staff there are superb. The hotel has a beautiful setting and atmosphere, and the rooms have cable TV. Breakfast is a well-organized buffet with plenty to eat. One of Cape Coast's best hotels, in my view. I'll come back again and again.

We met up for a business discussion, and the whole visit went smoothly. Room service was prompt, and I appreciated that they called to confirm my meeting. The front desk ladies and room service attendants were lovely, polite, and efficient. The conference room did what we needed, and the security staff were helpful. Park Springs Hotel and Resort is a solid option for business meetups, with tidy green surroundings as an added plus. 🌟

The food and setting were a treat. We ate outside near reception, where there's a laid-back dining and bar area, seating by the pool, and a lovely view over the palm trees and courtyard. Order the crispy prawns and grouper, chef's kiss! We found this place a real hidden gem and a great base for visiting historical sites, with a convenient location and friendly, courteous staff.

Frederic and the rest of the staff were amazing, and the service level felt very high for Cape Coast. We stayed in room 103 this time, which has a spring mattress, and slept comfortably. They also took our special breakfast requests seriously. We really enjoyed our stay at Park Springs and will definitely come back.

The pool was my favorite part: clean, roomy, and a nice place to relax or spend time with friends. Park Springs Hotel and Resort is calm and well kept, and my room was comfortable and tidy. The staff were polite and helpful throughout. A good, quiet place to unwind in Cape Coast. I'd gladly recommend it.
