Veronique Heights

The rooms are glamorous, the beds comfortable, and room service was five-star. At check-in, the staff explained how everything worked, from the shower to the AC. I also loved the restaurant, spa, pool, gym, and lively bar with a great mixologist. The location is perfect, and the place has real wow factor. The owner is kind, helpful, and personable, while the manager regularly checked on me. Staff even helped me replace things I’d forgotten, like a toothbrush. Coming here made my Kumasi trip feel like a five-star experience. I can’t wait to return.

I especially enjoyed the spotless rooms and their beautiful decor, which made everything feel comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choice and delicious food. The pool, bar, and gym were all fantastic. Everyone was friendly and attentive throughout my stay at Veronique Heights, and the manager went out of their way to make sure everything was right. I had a wonderful time and would recommend it for comfort, style, and good service.

The suites at Veronique Heights feel like luxurious condos. Mine had separate rooms with ensuite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a very spacious living room. It was clean and roomy throughout. The hotel puts a lot of care into customer service and making guests comfortable, and the service was exceptional. It’s my favorite hotel in Ghana, and I’m looking forward to another stay soon.

We had a wonderful week at Veronica Heights. The accommodations were clean and nicely presented, and we enjoyed the lovely breakfast. The staff were kind and accommodating, and everything went smoothly. They made a difficult day, when we were dealing with a funeral, a little easier. Thank you all for the excellent service and for making our stay so pleasant.
