We spent Christmas eve and Christmas night there in 2025 and had a very joyful time. The pool, restaurant, and food were very good, and they have a very good chef.

The hotel is in a convenient spot, near the strip and local amenities, and within walking distance of the beach. We also had excellent service from the restaurant manager, who was accommodating and seemed to care about guests. But there are serious problems with cleanliness and some staff attitudes. Our room sink was grubby and seemed to get only a quick wipe each day. It needed a proper scrub, and basic cleaner like Jif/Cif could have helped. We had to ask for soap even though it clearly needed replacing. Other guests also mentioned general cleanliness issues. The cleaning staff need retraining in basic hygiene and in responding professionally when asked to finish a job. The stair handrails were dusty, and the common areas felt neglected. Dusting and cleaning around the restaurant and bar during meals was unpleasant. Those areas would be better cleaned early in the morning before breakfast. The bar staff came across as lazy and rude, unlike the restaurant manager. I was also deeply concerned to see older men with noticeably young or underage girls at the hotel. It made the place uncomfortable and raised serious ethical and legal questions. The hotel seemed to tolerate this without reporting it to the authorities. There are some good points, especially the location and certain staff, but the cleanliness, staff behavior, and safeguarding concerns need urgent attention.

The grounds were well maintained, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is within walking distance of local amenities, including a great gym around the corner. Rooms were reasonably clean when attended to, though they weren't cleaned daily. We had to ask for clean towels several times, but the hotel did respond to those requests. There were also some real drawbacks. The decor looked slap dash, and gaps in the doors could let pests in. We saw evidence of a rat on the grounds, despite cats being around. Late night noise was another problem: guests were loud, and nearby venues played music into the early hours, which disrupted sleep. Breakfast wasn't the best either. Seaview Garden Hotel has areas to improve, especially maintenance, cleanliness, and noise control. Whether it suits you may depend on your priorities and tolerance for these issues.

The room was unreal, the staff lovely, and the price good. The pool was great and clean, and I don't know why people complain about noise, it was fine. The rooms were really clean too.

Dinner got repetitive for us. We had chicken every day, and the vegetarian choice was egg. The rooms could use a lot of work too: mine smelled strongly of mould, which was also visible. It had rained heavily, but staying there for more than a week would worry me for my lungs. The bed was big and fairly comfortable, though the pillows need improvement. My room didn't feel welcoming, so plan to spend time outside the hotel. It was really only somewhere to sleep, and the doors seemed to be falling apart, so check that they're locked properly. The manager and staff were the best part. They were genuinely kind and friendly, and did a lot to make sure my group and I were comfortable. They were warm with me and my peers, and hygiene looked very good from what I could see.
