Being right on the beach was lovely, and the staff were very good. The breakfast was so-so, though, and the bed was really hard. The place feels outdated. I asked several times to move to the ground floor because stairs are very difficult for me. They said there was no availability, even though the website showed rooms available. Also, the site mentions a hot tub, but there isn't one.

The sunsets from this little hotel by the shore were quietly beautiful. It has just six rooms and two suites. The accommodation is basic, but the staff were charming, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was a substantial buffet.

We had lots of room, and the furnishings were nice. The hotel is right on the beach, with some great restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was great too. A really good place to stay in Marie Galante.

The rooms have lovely views, and the kids especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It's not a fancy place, but Marie Galante is great.
