John was one of the most genuine hosts I've met. The room felt a little dated, but the shower was comfortable and everything else was great. John also took care of our requests. The location made getting around easy without a car, with the port, supermarket, bus stop, and cafe nearby. We'd love to come back, and I highly recommend the place.

The hosts were fantastic and so helpful. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. I'd definitely stay there again when visiting Milos.

John and his wife were such lovely hosts. They always checked that we had what we needed, and they cleaned the room every two days. John even helped arrange our boat trip to kleftiko and find the right people for an ATV rental. They both speak Greek and English very well, which was nice. The place was easy to find from the port and close enough to walk. We loved Milos and hope to stay here again when we return.

We loved our stay at livanios studios!!! John was such a friendly, helpful host, and the room was big and clean. The location was fantastic, less than five minutes from the bus stop in adamas, right beside a supermarket and great restaurants. I can't recommend it enough. We're already looking forward to coming back next summer. Hope to see you again, john & maria!! Thank you

Definitely recommend staying here. It's clean, comfortable, and quiet, and John Livanios was quick to respond. The ferry port, coffee shops, and places to eat are all walkable, and the car rental suggested, matha, was around the block. John Livanios helped arrange a car rental and boat excursion. After checkout, I asked to leave my bags in a closet while we got food before our ferry out of Milos, and that worked out.
