We could step from our balcony straight into the pool, which was right outside the room. The garden was lovely and cozy, and it was only a short walk to the beach and the small village, where we could easily find what we needed. The rooms were cozy, the service impeccable, and the staff went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Our room was cozy, and the swimming pool was cleaned every day. Housekeeping told us on the first day that, because of Covid19, they weren’t cleaning rooms every day, but they cleaned ours when we asked. When the air conditioner gave us trouble, a staff member repaired it as soon as possible. It’s a quiet, clean, recently renovated, family-owned hotel in a safe, very good location. The food was tasty and the staff friendly. Best of all, everything listed in the room description was actually there and working. Great value for money!

We booked this very cheap room for one night because we needed somewhere to sleep near Rethymno. We didn’t have time to try the pool, but it looked really nice. Breakfast had good eggs, too. We paid 17.5€ for two people on September 27th.

The food was the same every day. I understand this is a small, 2-star hotel, but people still expect to be treated well, and I can’t recommend this place. My friends and I stayed for seven days. Our first room was very dark and damp, and we waited three days for another one. We had to pay 10 Euro for it. Fresh towels also cost 2 Euro each time, and Wi-Fi was charged separately. The service wasn’t nice, and the owner was very unpleasant. We felt unwelcome, which was strange when we were on vacation.

There are rows of shops along the short walk to Rethymo, the nearest town, and the surrounding area is lovely. The beach is also just a short stroll away. Beautiful hotel and beautiful people, ready to cater to every need. I’d very much recommend it to families or groups of friends.
