This place has real potential, with a good structure, a pool and a beach nearby, but I’m sorry to give it one star. The price is high for mediocre service, and I was disappointed by the food, the common-area decor and the lack of services that should be included, like beach towels at a three-star hotel. The breakfast needs work. Fresh fruit would be better than canned fruit, which is full of sugar. I’d rather have fewer good choices than lots of frozen food. The scrambled eggs tasted like powdered eggs, and sometimes the food was cold. The food was a disaster, and the guests looked disappointed. The shared living room feels sad and cold. The sofas are very outdated, and the space behind them is nasty. There’s no music or TV playing in the background to make it welcoming, even though there’s plenty of potential. A curtain by the dining-area windows was falling apart. Fixing it can’t cost much, and it looks bad to guests. Beach towels cost €20, and there’s no water provided in such a hot place, despite guests coming to enjoy the lovely beach. At least one of those things should be provided. In the room, shower water flooded the whole toilet area, leaving a wet bathroom, so bring flip-flops. That issue was still smaller than the three main problems above. There isn’t anything around the hotel, though a 30-minute walk gets you to town, with nice restaurants and supermarkets. The rating is too high. The booking-site photos show the place, but it’s in much older condition in reality, and you’ll be disappointed. I don’t recommend it. If hotel staff read this, please take it as constructive feedback. The place has potential and it’s a pity to leave it like this.

The nearby beach is nice, and two beach beds cost €10 a day, which was great. Staff were very friendly. The hotel is remote from most things if you don’t have a car, and public transport is unreliable or nonexistent. The food could really change. We had the same fruit for five nights and mostly the same breakfast each day. It was extremely bland across the board. I’d rather have less food that tastes good than more of the same. Otherwise, it was fine.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly, and the beach was perfect. The hotel doesn’t have facilities on the beach, so you need to rent an umbrella and such. For an all-inclusive stay, the menu was weak, and the restaurant was so small that we had to wait for a table to become free. The water smelled, so I don’t think it was drinkable, and the other drinks weren’t tasty either. Snack time was especially poor: every day there were only cookies, biscuits and ice cream, and the ice cream wasn’t delicious.

Yannis and his family turned what began as a stressful holiday nearly falling apart into one of our best trips. From the minute we arrived, Yannis welcomed us with real warmth and care. It felt like coming home, and the family made us feel like part of theirs. They put so much heart into the hotel, and that kind of connection means a lot. The place was spotless and well looked after, with a relaxed feel and a beautiful setting. You can see how much pride they take in every corner. It honestly deserves four stars rather than three. The homemade food was bursting with flavour, and every meal felt made with love. You don’t often get such an authentic, delicious experience. We can’t thank Yannis and his whole family enough for making our visit special. We left with full hearts, full stomachs and lovely memories. Thank you, Yannis!
