Villa Olive Grove,superior Studio

Our room had just been refurbished and felt completely new, and the beach is only about five minutes away. The hotel is a lovely villa-style place, and arriving was a pleasant surprise. Stefanos was welcoming and looked after us well. The internet worked well, and his suggestions for nearby restaurants were very good. Its position between Rhodos Old Town and Lindos made it easy to visit both.

Stefanos was helpful with suggestions for places to see, and the room was clean and well kept. Afantou beach is about a ten-minute walk away, and the location made a good base for exploring Rhodes. I'd happily recommend staying here and would come back next summer.

The missing basics were frustrating: one room had no toilet paper, there was no hand soap, no mosquito screen on the balcony door, and the towels were extremely rough. The location is far from everything, so you'll definitely need a car. We also had no privacy, as we saw him walking around the apartments and watching the rooms. We booked two rooms for four people, one for a night and the other for three nights. After our friends left, Stefanos accused us of having three people in a room and told us to check out. We tried to explain the misunderstanding, but he wouldn't listen or apologize, and stayed rude and unfriendly. He made us feel awful. I would never recommend this place. He shouldn't be dealing with people, and he is a man hater. Don't book here, use a credit card, or pay in advance.

Even though the hotel is listed on Expedia, the owner canceled our one-night booking at the regular price we got through hotels.com. He then offered the same Tuesday night for €100. It wasn't even a Friday or Saturday. Pure opportunism, with no job ethics.
