The hosts were lovely and helped us rent a car. The garden is pretty and the place is very quiet. Our room was quite clean and had pretty much everything we needed, though the furniture is a bit old and the bathroom very small. We did find some cockroaches. The room was in the basement, and there are many insects in summer. Afytos is a nice village that I recommend, but this place isn't central. You'll need to walk a little to reach the beach and shops. Nice overall, though in my opinion it wasn't worth the price.

The host was very nice, and cleanliness mattered most to us: the room and bed were very clean. There was a small kitchen that was enough to prepare breakfast. But we hadn't realised when booking that the room was half basement, and you could feel the humidity. When we came in, there were small flies in the bathroom and a grasshopper over the bed. The bathroom was tiny. I could barely fit in the shower, and my knees hit the shower cabinet when I sat on the toilet. I'm not trying to be harsh. An upstairs room would have been much better, and I'd have rated it higher, but this room wasn't sufficient for us. Burcu&Aslan

A lovely couple run this very nice studio. The garden is nice, and the comfortable rooms have balconies with sea views. It's a good location, about a five-minute walk to the centre of Afitos. We'll definitely choose it again on our next trip to Halkidiki.

Really nice, affordable place! The bedsheets and pillowcases smelled so fresh, and the lady who owns it is really nice. Totally recommend it!

The view was lovely, and the rooms were clean. A nice place to stay in Kassandra, Halkidiki. The owner, frau Nastasia, was very sweet.
