Location was the only positive. The whole stay was very poorly handled. Before arrival, communication was terrible: I asked three times for an iron and got no reply, then received the address and check-in details just 40 minutes before our 3 PM arrival. The apartment was filthy. The previous guests' trash was still there, including a used cotton swab in the bedroom, and the bin was rotten and leaking, so I had to throw away someone else's rubbish. There was no dish soap, sponge, cloth, broom, vacuum, or anything to clean up sand and dust. The bathroom had no liquid soap, mop, or cleaning products either. The two terraces were horrifically dirty and unswept, making them unusable, and there was no other dining table. We were two adults and two children, as the reservation said, but there was only one sheet and one pillow for the children, plus just one extra pillow and one blanket for everyone to share. In the kitchen there were two forks and nothing else, not even a knife or cutting board. We weren't left coffee or cooking salt either. The bathroom toilet didn't work, and the directions for turning on the hot water were unclear. It had to be restarted every day or there was no hot water. Wi-Fi barely existed, even with a password. The front door didn't close properly and had to be locked each time, the bedroom mattress was brutally uncomfortable, and there might not be anywhere to park. The host didn't ask about parking and didn't seem to care. In 15 years of visiting Greece, I've never stayed somewhere so badly managed. The host and company should seriously consider another line of work.

A very bad experience. Nobody responded for three days.

The place and the company were extremely unsuitable, and this was the worst experience I've had in rented rooms. The photos have nothing to do with reality. The verandas and outdoor area were covered in dirt and rubbish and looked like they had never been cleaned. Check-in was already three hours late, and there still wasn't a key in the box. We eventually entered a different apartment, which clearly wasn't set up for three adults and a baby as I had told them. There were no sheets or towels, clothesline, sponge, dish soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, or shower gel. The third bed was a creaky sofa bed that could wake the dead. There were lots of bugs and spiders, and it was obviously a long time since the room had been cleaned, so we bought supplies and did it ourselves. Staff communication was exhausting. Every request got a promise that they'd help or call back, but they didn't. After many calls and arguments, we finally got some basics, sheets and towels, and handled the rest ourselves. This only happened after I asked to leave and get a refund. They asked for another chance and said they'd clean and bring the missing things. They never cleaned. They only brought a clothesline and playpen. When we asked for a mop so we could clean ourselves, they said they only had one, and it was filthy. Apparently the whole complex is cleaned with that one dirty mop.

The room was dirty even though they told us entry would be delayed for cleaning. I got in an hour and a half late. The sofa was broken, and there was a plate with bits of food on it. The extractor fan blew air into the cupboards where the utensils were, with no pipe to carry it outside. I called the next day to explain everything, and all they did was send a woman to clean the apartment. Truly the worst accommodation I've ever visited.

The Wi-Fi didn't work at all, and the TV antenna was broken. There was one sheet and a duvet cover with holes for bedding. For two people staying four days in summer, they left one roll of toilet paper and two large and two small towels. There was no soap, shampoo, or shower gel either. The door lock worked unpredictably, almost like you had to pray, and there was always a risk of the key breaking and leaving you stuck. The bathroom dial was reversed, and the rotten door had no stop, so water spilled into the main room from one side to the other. The place hadn't been properly cleaned since the Soviet Union era. We told the Thessaloniki office, and all they did was ask if they should send another roll of toilet paper, then cut off communication. The minimum booking was three nights, much to their horror. Stay away!
