I saw one price listed on Booking for those dates, then contacted you on WhatsApp to ask about the accommodation for our group of 11. After you replied, the price went up by 30%. Why raise it after I got in touch? Would you have canceled if I’d booked at the original price? Shame on you for increasing the price like that.

George made this stay at Agnàntema special. He was so helpful and kind, even taking me to the airport for free and bringing over a sweater I’d left in the room. And the sea view from the terrace is breathtaking, I could sit there looking at it for ages. Absolutely perfect stay, he really is the best host in the world!

The room was cleaned every day, and the place had recently been painted. The host is kind and ready to help with whatever you need. You’re right by bus stop 0, next to St Nicholas church on the hill and the new port. Unless you’re very old or have mobility problems, the walk uphill to the accommodation shouldn’t be a problem. Megali ammos beach is about a 30-minute walk away. I’d ignore the older reviews, it was a great place in 2024.

The cleaning staff, one or two ladies, were very helpful, but the rest of our experience was bad. The rooms are small, not renovated, and there’s no view like the listing advertised. We had to climb 30 stairs to reach our room, and the facilities weren’t good. The owner came across as arrogant, hostile, and difficult. He wanted payment from the first day without a receipt and pushed us to pay more. I’m very disappointed.

Micheal was so nice and couldn’t do enough for us. We had a lovely stay and would definitely go back. Just be ready for lots of steps, you need to be fit.
