I’ve never had an apartment quite like this. The room isn’t fancy, but it’s absolutely spotless. They provide towels and sheets, a basin, shower mat, clothesline, hairdryer, and air conditioning. Caterina was incredibly kind and lent us an umbrella for the whole stay. I noticed an ironing board in the hallway, though I’m not sure whether guests can use it. Simply perfect.

The owners’ behavior was unacceptable from the first day. They showed no basic politeness or discretion, barging into our room without knocking and making us uncomfortable. They shouted at us over the smallest things, for no reason. Then they accused us of stealing a duvet we hadn’t even used and threatened not to let us leave the island unless we returned it!

There was no hot water during our four nights, and the sheets weren’t changed once. The owners came into the room whenever they wanted and kept shouting about everything. I can’t say anything about the supposed WiFi, since it never connected. The hospitality was unacceptable, and I wouldn’t go back for any reason. The worst!!!!!!!! P.S. One kilometre from the country is never too far.

The nearby shop was really handy, and for the price the value was perfect. The accommodation was clean and had the right equipment. The road is quite close, so there was some noise, and the solar hot water meant no hot water at night or early in the morning. In summer, though, that wasn't a problem.

Katie was ready to help with anything, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The prices were amazing for this location.
