Hotel Elsa

Alexandra was the heart of the hotel. She was there whenever we needed something and gave us great service the whole time. She really made the trip special, and with her working there, it's hard not to love your stay. We were lucky to find this gem: it's beautiful and quiet, with everything you need for a holiday, and good quality food and drinks at a really good price. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay, we all loved it.

We stayed at the Elsa Hotel in August 2025. The team were very nice, and the pool area was a good spot to read and swim. But €300 a night for a 19m2 room for four, with two single beds, one double, and a tiny bathroom, is far too much. The room cleaning wasn't very thorough, especially in the bathroom. Breakfast was disappointing too: artificial, chemical-tasting orange juice, horrible black coffee, and industrial ham and cheese. I know it was August in Skiatos, but that doesn't make it okay to let quality and customer service slip. These are cheap economies customers remember for good reasons.

Alexandra went above and beyond for our group of 11. She was always smiling and kind, stayed late when we needed anything, and even got up before the official breakfast time on our last day to make us coffee and toast before our flight. That kind of care and dedication is rare, and we really appreciated it. Everyone on staff was caring and nice. The rooms were cozy, clean, and well maintained, and just right for a relaxing holiday. The food was fresh, delicious, and served in generous portions. Our stay at Elsa Hotel was delightful from start to finish. If you're looking for somewhere in Skiathos that feels like home, with genuine hospitality and a warm human connection, it's a great choice. We'll definitely be back!

We're so fond of this place that we're coming back this autumn. It's a really nice basic sun holiday apartment hotel, not the Ritz. The staff and pool area are lovely. Across the road, Velvet is a delicious patisserie where we stopped every day for coffee and treats. It's also handy for walking to Pappadiamanti street, the port, and megali beach, all within 15 minutes at most.
