Polemis Studios & Apartments

We stayed at Polemis for four nights and had a great vacation. The apartment was clean and nice, though the bathroom is on the small side and could use some renovation. It’s very close to the restaurants and a nice beach, and Stelios was really helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

I’d love to come back soon. The place is lovely, especially all the plants, and it’s so close to the beach. I’d definitely book here again.

The location and price worked well for me, even though the room wasn’t what I expected from the stock photos. I’d narrowed it down to three places and chose this one based on those pictures. If I’d seen the room beforehand, I might have picked differently. I’ve included photos of the “Single Room with Terrace” #3 to help give a clearer idea. It’s a clean, no-frills rustic room at the end of the street, on the ground floor and facing the terrace. The mattress is stiff, and the new mini fridge hums right beside you. There’s no sewer or other smell, and the WiFi works fine. The beach, bus stop, and restaurants are just a one or two minute walk away, about 110 steps.

I came for one night and ended up staying much longer. Stelios is very accommodating, whether you’re there briefly or for a long stay.
