The people working here really made our stay comfortable. Everyone we met, from reception and the mini-market to the beach bar, restaurant, and housekeeping, was so kind and involved. They work hard, and you see the same staff throughout. My compliments to them all. There are plenty of sunbeds by the warm, large pool and on the beach. The pool area has a lovely sea view, and the resort also has quieter private beach spots. Those are free of children, though getting into the water there can be even trickier than near the pool because of the rocks and sea urchins. The beach isn't sandy, either. It's covered in small stones that heat up in the sun, so water shoes help a lot. I saw people without them struggling to walk on the beach and in the water. Some guests still leave towels on sunbeds and disappear for hours, even though signs say not to reserve them. That's pretty rude when there are enough beds for everyone. Our apartment was beautiful and had what we needed, including a big balcony, dishwasher, and a sea view in almost all apartments. The beds were very comfortable. The resort is small, so reception, the restaurant, beach, and mini-market are all close by. It was renovated two years ago, and they did a very good job. The restaurant and beach bar served perfectly good food, drinks, ice cream, and a range of cocktails that made me happy. The mini-market wasn't very pricey, which was handy. There's not much within walking distance, and no supermarket nearby, so having a car would help. You can rent one at the resort. Hapimag also arranges excursions that don't require your own car, but we didn't join any, so I can't comment on them.

A good choice for families, with spacious, attractive rooms and a large pool plus a smaller one for little kids. Our room felt like a small apartment, with everything needed to cook meals except an oven. There's also a small market for essentials. Staff and service were great, and the two private beaches are a nice option when you want a break from the pool. I'd definitely recommend it.

The view was amazing, and the place was peaceful and quiet, though it's quite far from downtown and the tourist spots. The food was nice too. Everyone else we met was very kind and friendly, but I was really disappointed by the service from one receptionist. The children's pool was either dirty, with dead bugs and dirt in it, or cold. Whenever I wanted to use it with my child, I had to ask reception to warm the water. One day she told me the heating system had suddenly changed and would take time. I'd already waited over 30 minutes and tried to sum up her long, confusing explanation to make sure the water would eventually warm up. She kept interrupting and ignoring me, then yelled at me to make me listen to her disorganized, repeated explanation. The water finally warmed up two hours later. Her attitude and communication were really inappropriate, especially given Hapimag's reputation and the price. I was there to enjoy my holiday, not argue with reception. I hope the service improves. Also, nothing nearby had been updated on Google, so my husband asked the same receptionist about a nearby restaurant's hours. She gave us wrong information, and we ended up going to a restaurant that was closed.

The restaurant food is delicious, and there's a little shop with things you can cook in the apartment. The hotel sits beside the sea on three sides, so nearly every apartment has its own sunbathing spot by the water. It's a beautiful, quiet place to relax, with amazing water color. The small beach is very good for children and the water is warm. You do need shoes to enter comfortably because of the stones, but I'd rather have that than a swimsuit full of sand.
