Hotel Three Lakes

Bright and clean, with the beach, shops, and tavernas close by. Good price too!

A beautiful view and a very pleasant place to stay. The lakes didn't smell, and there were mosquitoes, like everywhere else. The beds were comfortable, and cleaning was thorough each day. There's a hob, kettle, basic dishes, functional air conditioning, and wifi. Parking is available, and a supermarket and rental shop are within a two-minute walk. A gas station, bakery, pastry shop, taverns, and an organized beach are all within three minutes.

The accommodation is just as advertised: one room with a nice terrace and a small kitchenette. It could be a little bigger, but it's enough for basic cooking on the stovetop. There's no kettle, though there is a large grill in front of the building. We were very satisfied with the regular, thorough cleaning. You can also use the nice pool at the hotel next door. In my opinion, the location is very convenient, close to a large supermarket with everything you need and to the beach, specifically the nicest and quietest part. The Three Lakes apartment house is, as its name suggests, beside three lakes. They're salty salt marshes that are mostly almost dry. That's one of the few downsides: the dried-up lakes smell a bit, and when the wind blows the wrong way you can smell it in the accommodation. It's not a big deal, and probably depends on how sensitive you are.
