Our room was spotless, and we had a lovely view from the balcony. The hosts were very friendly. Nikoletta Studios is in a perfect spot near Agios Prokopios beach, with a supermarket next door and lots of places to eat and drink just a few minutes away.

A quiet, clean and safe family-run place, with friendly staff and free parking provided. It’s also within walking distance of the center of Agios Prokopios. A very good choice, highly recommended!

The pool is an excellent size, and the apartments have been newly furnished in a modern style while keeping a traditionally pretty feel. The setting is peaceful and well placed, with a long sandy beach, a well-stocked supermarket, local restaurants, and bus stops all an easy walk away. Rooms were spotless, well equipped, and serviced daily. The host was welcoming and helpful. I’d recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay. The main road location in Agios Prokopios might put you off, but the place was very quiet and comfortable. Wonderful host.

The hostess was really friendly and gave us all the information we needed. The rooms were clean and very nice, close to the beautiful Agios Prokopios beach. I definitely recommend this place :)
