Roussa Village is a very convenient base for visiting the Sitia area. It’s in a quiet spot on a hilltop, only a 10-minute drive from Sitia, and places like Toplou Monastery and Vai are easy to get to. The villas are spacious, bright, impeccably clean and equipped with all the modern comforts you’d expect. There’s a shared terrace with a pool, plus plenty of parking in a protected area within the property.

The hospitality was superb, and the apartments were lovely, well equipped and had an amazing view. The pools were a relaxing place to spend time. I’ll definitely visit again.

A beautiful view, very pleasant hosts and a spotless pool right outside. The fridge had everything needed for breakfast, and there was a washing machine too. Highly recommended.

The hosts took care of everything and were incredibly kind and attentive. Their Cretan hospitality made us feel very welcome. We loved the spacious, beautifully maintained pool area and enjoyed some truly stunning sunsets. The apartments are lovely, furnished with care, and the view is breathtaking. A wonderfully peaceful place to stay, and one I’d recommend without hesitation.
