Artemis Apartments

There were always free lounge chairs by the clean pool, and children could use the rubber pool toys. Beach umbrellas were available to borrow at reception, and the hotel is close to a very nice, wide beach. We stayed in the second half of July. The rooms were basic but clean, with daily cleaning and towel changes, and the air conditioning worked. The shower was small, so larger people might find it uncomfortable. The kitchenette was tiny; we didn’t cook, since there are plenty of nearby restaurants with very good food. Breakfast was the same each day, but there was plenty to choose from: eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, fresh fruit, and vegetables. The staff were friendly, and it was clear everyone worked hard and cared about the guests and property. Very good value for money. We’ll definitely return. Thank you, and we recommend it.

Although there are only a few restaurants and supermarkets nearby, it’s easy to take a bus to Platanias or Chania town. This is a small, peaceful hotel in a good location. My room was tidy, spacious, and well equipped, and the staff were nice and easy to communicate with. I’d highly recommend it for a holiday in the Chania region.

The hotel sits back from the main road, so it was very peaceful to sit on the balcony. Everything was wonderful, and communication before arrival was great, including a video showing how to find our room. The hotel is clean and the pool area is pretty, with flower boxes. I hope to come back.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the apartment was clean and tidy. It’s well placed for the beach and restaurants. I was really pleased with my stay and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.
