We had a fantastic stay at Hotel isadora in Egenia. It's a family-run place, brilliantly located close to the beach and many excellent restaurants just a few metres away. The rooms were comfortable, with a decent shower and air conditioning. Breakfast was a real treat, with a great selection to start the day. Isadora arranged a hire car for a few days so we could explore the island, then organized a taxi back to the main port for our ferry at the end of the holiday. The local pool is also available about 200m away.

The building is older, like the others in Agia Marina, but the place has a soul and feels like home. They change the bed linen and towels on the second day. Breakfast is high quality and made with care. Thanks to Isidora and her family, I'd happily stay again.

The location made getting around easy: shops, bars, restaurants and Agia Marina port were all within a 5-6 minute walk. Isidora and her family paid close attention to details and were always there to help. My family and I had a wonderful 10-day holiday on the island. We were there in the middle of the season, when the hotel was full, yet everything stayed spotless. The rooms were cleaned every day, fresh towels were provided daily, and I noticed the top sheet was replaced each day with a newly ironed one. Breakfast was a 10/10 for us, with a good variety each day. My brother and his wife stayed at Isidora hotel six years ago, and this time our whole family came. The experience was just as good, so they've clearly been consistent. I've stayed in more expensive 3- or 4-star hotels in Europe that were far inferior. Chapeaux! 🌺 ❤️

The beach is close and, to me, the best on the island. There's a supermarket right beside the hotel and plenty of good restaurants on the same street. We had a wonderful stay: the room was extremely clean, the owners were lovely, and the breakfast was delicious. Isidora and her mother make some of it themselves. Highly recommend.
