Sofi was kind, helpful, and quick to reply whenever we messaged with a question or needed something. She met us on arrival, gave us a warm welcome, and showed us around. Her customer service is a big reason I’d choose to stay here again if I return to Santorini. The place was lovely, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It’s well located, close to everything but still peaceful, and there were a few friendly cats around that we absolutely adored! 😍 We booked directly at Golden Sunrise Suites and were a little nervous at first, but everything worked out perfectly. Highly recommend.

The rooms were spacious, clean, cleaned every day, and well equipped. The accommodation looked just like the photos. The pool was cleaned regularly, and the staff were very pleasant and ready to help whenever needed.

The staff were highly responsive and helped with our arrival, as well as recommending a great breakfast option. There’s easy parking, and the hotel has what looks like a very nice pool, though it was closed because we arrived before pool season. With a large apartment, a full kitchen, a refrigerator, and a spacious bedroom, it’s a great option if you’re exploring all day. It’s very close to the airport, just right for a late arrival or an early flight.

Eva, the manager, is a great person and was always ready to help us. My room exceeded my expectations: it was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with a welcoming, comfortable feel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the window view was a lovely bonus. A fantastic stay, and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch accommodation.

Eva was very accommodating and made sure we enjoyed our stay. She arranged an airport transfer and car hire for us, since we hadn’t realized we’d need a car to get around the island. The room was neat, with a nice view, and the airport is just a few minutes away by car. We stayed two nights. It was a shame the pool was under maintenance, so we couldn’t enjoy it. We hope to return to Greece and stay with them again!
