Our host Evi was very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment is on the fourth floor, with a minimalist look and enough room for a large family. Its location on Voulis St. is unbeatable, just a few meters from Mitropoleos/Syntagma Sq. We could hear music from the street because the sound insulation wasn’t great. It was okay in the end and we slept fine, though light sleepers might want earplugs. I still highly recommend it for families visiting Athens who want a central place without spending a fortune.

The apartment had four rooms and two bathrooms, and it was clean when we arrived. Getting into the building and the apartment was easy, and our host was very helpful. We could leave all our luggage well before check-in, and there’s free WiFi. Many central sights are within 1.5 km: Acropolis is 1 km away, Monastiraki Square or Flea Market 700 m, National Garden 750 m, I Kriti 1.4 km, and Fish Market and Karamanlidika 1 km. If you need somewhere for bags after checkout, there are lockers at Nikis 2, 200 m from the house.

Evi was so kind and welcoming, and helped us during our stay. The apartment was big, clean, and nicely furnished. It’s in the best spot for visiting Athens, with all the attractions within walking distance. I highly recommend it.

The host was easy to deal with, and communication and check-in were simple. The apartment felt brand new, clean, and trendy. It’s in a really nice spot for seeing the city, with lots of restaurants and attractions close by. 100% Athens.
