Siagas Beach Hotel

We ended up sleeping at the campsite next door, which was a better option than this hotel. At 23pm, after the check-in had closed, we still had nowhere to stay. The staff couldn’t find our online booking, even though we showed the confirmation and proof of payment, and they refused to give us a room. They left us waiting at reception without a word or any attempt to sort it out. We got a refund the next morning, but had to spend more time at reception to get it. Their attitude felt unprofessional, and they seemed uninterested and unsure what to do.

The street art around here is incredible, honestly enough to bring a tear to my eye. And I got completely hooked on the club sandwich. For four days, the only people I saw were my mum, my sister and my grandparents. Couldn't have been happier, what a treat!

We had a great sea view from the balcony, and there’s a huge parking lot and access to a lovely beach. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and the washroom was nice too. The restaurant and bar are there as well. Service was great, and the staff were polite and very accommodating. Really nice hotel, highly recommended.

We arrived at 9pm and, despite showing our booking confirmation and payment details, the staff couldn’t find our reservation. By 11pm we were left without the place we’d paid for. The personnel were incredibly rude, and the lack of interest in helping or finding a solution felt completely unprofessional. Worst „hotel” I’ve ever encountered.
