A lovely pool, rooms with all the amenities, a fantastic sunset, and the beach close by. Staying at Lord complex gives you what you need for a summer holiday, and Mrs Roulas' great smile makes it even better. Best choice 👌 👏

Our first stay here, and we'll definitely be back. It was such a quiet, relaxing holiday. The bar food was great, cooked to order, and Roula, the owner, is lovely and does everything she can to make guests comfortable. The rooms are rustic and basic, but spotless. Towels and bedding were changed regularly.

We arrived in the evening and were shown a room that was, without question, the most depressing, outdated place imaginable. We asked for something decent and were shown another room that was just as bad. It had two single beds and a bathroom with a handheld shower over the bath and no wall bracket. The balcony was really just a walkway facing a long plastic netting fence. For self-catering, there was only a ring under a cupboard, with no chopping board or place to prepare and eat food. After a long drink at the bar, which thankfully was open, the first thing we did was look for somewhere else to book.

We booked through Love Holidays based on the photos on the website, but the place was quite different in reality. The annex is in a separate building across the road and has very basic facilities. Customer service seemed unfamiliar to Roolla, who runs the place. On our first night she had no patience or courtesy when we asked about the AC remotes. She told us to shower and go to sleep, and said someone would deal with it in the morning, even though we'd paid for the night. Other concerns were met with the same disrespect, despite our trying to be polite. Loveholidays also showed no interest in resolving things. We won't use this hotel or Loveholidays again. If things go smoothly, you might get a room in the main building and have no reason to contact the management, so you may enjoy the rest of your holiday. But if you do need to raise a concern, be prepared to be shouted at and laughed at. Use at your own risk.
