We stopped in one day for a drink and club sandwich, and both were super. Lovely view and a peaceful afternoon. The green lawn among the vulcanos speaks for itself 😀 Thanks for your hospitality. It was nice and quiet, see you soon, Jan and Sona from AG.

Be careful when booking. I had a confirmed Booking reservation for one night over the Holy Spirit weekend, but the accommodation then refused to take me, saying they don't accept one-night stays, even though the app had allowed it. They blamed the Booking system and pressured me to cancel my non-refundable booking myself to avoid penalties. They even claimed falsely in the Booking chat that they'd told me by phone from the start about relocation. In reality, they were pushing me to cancel and find a room myself at the accommodation they had merely suggested. After a lot of confusion, strong pressure from me, and Booking's involvement, they had to find me an alternative hotel. The whole thing caused enormous stress, insecurity, and inconvenience, and ruined the calm of our vacation before it began. Unacceptable management and a lack of professionalism. I don't recommend it. RESPONSE TO THE INSULTS Their reply only confirms, to me, their lack of professionalism and audacity. To set the record straight: 1. Booking officially told me that the accommodation had changed its availability settings retrospectively, and that the issue was NOT caused by a platform malfunction. 2. In the first phone calls, they pressured me to cancel the reservation MYSELF. They only found alternative accommodation after I pushed them in writing in the chat and Booking intervened. 3. Calling a customer's inconvenience "imaginary" and saying "another colleague wouldn't have bothered" says a lot about their idea of "hospitality". The messages in the Booking chat are there as proof. There is plenty of irony, but little professionalism.

Expensive for what you get, and the bathroom is small.

The rooms are roomy and comfortable, and the quiet made for a quality of sleep I rarely get elsewhere. I stayed four days in February and felt at ease the whole time. The owners were warm and helpful in every way. The restaurant was closed, but breakfast each morning was lovely. And the view is beautiful, such a little gem.
