The Olive Museum next door is lovely and well worth a visit. We also appreciated how Alexandros and his family were always warm, available, and happy to share great local tips, even putting us in touch with people on Lefkada. That made our two-week August 2025 stay with two families feel like a family holiday, not just a rental. The houses have a charm of their own, with a big garden, pool, and barbecue area, and it’s a peaceful spot away from the crowds in Vasiliki and beyond. We’d gladly stay at Villagio Magnolia again when we return to Lefkada. It certainly won’t be our last trip.

The museum tour next door was a hit with us. We learned a lot, and it was very kid friendly. The owners were caring and sweet, and even though the village is tiny and quiet, the private feel of the place made us feel safe. The yard and pool were usually just for us, despite the villa accommodations being full during our stay. We loved the big, beautiful garden, the spacious place, and the very clean, large pool. The bed was comfortable, and having a washer and drying racks was handy for towels and clothes after beach days. It’s well placed for getting to the lovely beaches on Lefkada’s west side, and the nearby restaurants were all delicious.

Maria was lovely, and she even baked us a cake. The place was beautiful and very clean, with a really nice, large pool for a villa. It felt like a true oasis on a Greek island.

That summer breeze really gave the place a Greek paradise feel. It’s also in an amazing spot for getting to both parts of the island. The house, yard, and swimming pool were all extremely clean, and the place and owners deserve the word excellent.

The pool and location were nice, but some of the equipment was old and fragile. When we left, they charged us for a replacement even though we hadn’t done anything unusual. For this price per night, that didn’t seem normal.
