We’re having such a great time here that we don’t want to leave. The suites are comfortable, with a great bed and a big terrace where you can relax and enjoy the view. Dimitris is a really kind, friendly owner and is there if you need help. We love this place and can recommend it wholeheartedly. There’s a cafe next door, plenty of restaurants, a supermarket with everything you need, and a small beach just a two minute walk away. This is definitely the nicer part of Zakynthos.

The apartment is lovely, thoughtfully designed, and well stocked, with a fantastic terrace overlooking the bay. Dimistris, Kosta and Maria went out of their way to make us feel at home. Our last ferry was delayed and got in very late, but they waited to help us check in. They even offered us a late checkout, though we didn’t take it. They were quick to answer questions and gave us great tips for exploring the island. I travel a lot and rarely meet hosts this kind and generous. I highly recommend Alyria Sea Side for a couple. I have no affiliation with them, just wanted to say thanks.

The Alyria team were warm, helpful, and always around when we needed something. Their tips for restaurants and places to visit were spot on. The suite was modern, thoughtfully designed, and very clean. We had a comfortable, relaxing stay right by the port, with lovely sea views and everything in walking distance. We’d happily return and recommend it.

The host was thoughtful and friendly, and always replied quickly. The space was well laid out, tastefully furnished, and equipped with quality amenities. It was spacious and spotless, with beautiful scenery all around. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!

The suite was kept in perfect condition, and staying there felt easy and comfortable. Alyria’s elegant design and quality details made it feel special without losing that relaxed feel. By the port, there are uninterrupted views of the sea. We’d definitely stay at Alyria again.
