The rooms are spacious and have everything you need, including a fridge and tea and coffee facilities. Snacks are delicious, especially the Greek Salad, and drinks are reasonably priced. It’s a lovely family run hotel, with warm and welcoming hosts. All in all, a great holiday spot. Thank you!

We’re loving our stay. The family who run the hotel are so welcoming and friendly, and there’s a nice bar and pool area. It’s right on the seafront, with a pleasant walk into town. If you want a quiet, relaxing place that’s still close enough to walk to town, it’s ideal. The rooms are a good size.

We found this gem in Sissi after leaving another awful complex just five hours after arriving. The family run owners managed to find us an apartment for 1week at the height of the season, and it turned the holiday into a great experience. Everything was very clean and fully air conditioned, and the pool is beautiful, with fantastic ocean views. Great location, food, and service. We’d highly recommend it and are very thankful they could take us at such short notice.

The sea view is one of the best you could hope for, and the hotel is a standout in a nice resort that could use more local investment. The family running it are great. Our room was fresh and clean, with daily cleaning and everything taken care of. The bar area is pleasant, and the food is lovely and quite inexpensive.

The island of Crete is breathtaking, but I won’t be going back to Sissi or the Koutrakis Suites thinggie. Fooled me once, as they say. I don’t understand how they award stars in Crete, but this place is at most a 2 stars, and that’s being very generous. We had to buy our own shampoo, and there was no TV. A TV isn’t that important on holiday, but what four-star place doesn’t even have a working one? The breakfast was filling, at least, but tasteless, and the selection was much, much better at a real 3 stars hotel in Thassos. Towels were changed only once in 7 nights.
