The studio was cozy, spotless, and fantastic, with a 10/10 view. Its location was really convenient, with everything close by. Maria was a wonderful host. She gave us lots of suggestions for restaurants, places to see, and trips. We had a great experience and highly recommend it.

Maria was such a wonderful host, warm and attentive, and clearly cares about looking after her guests. She exceeded every expectation by far. We couldn't have asked for more.

The Easter weekend celebrations were a moving, unforgettable part of our stay. We watched the local festivities unfold from our balcony, and it made us feel more connected to this special place and its people. The room was cozy and inviting, but the view was something else. It felt as if we were floating on the lake, with beautiful colours, calm, and stillness all around. I can't imagine a more beautiful place to take in Agios Nikolaos. If you can, book the top-floor room, it's a dream. And don't miss the fantastic restaurant next door. Maria's care made everything easier. She kept in touch to check that we had what we needed, shared excellent local tips on hidden gems and must-see sights, and even made dinner reservations for us. We arrived very late, yet she greeted us with heartfelt smiles, a delicious home-cooked meal, a bottle of wine, and breakfast essentials for the morning. It was such a generous welcome after a long travel day. From my first message, Maria's warmth and attention had given me a feeling she'd be a great host, and she surpassed every expectation. This was one of the most magical trips we've had. Saying goodbye was the hardest part, and we can't recommend the stay or Maria's hospitality enough.

The lake view was stunning, and we were close to everything. A lovely nearby cafe gave us 15% off breakfast. Our host met us, kindly shared a map, and suggested beautiful beaches, sights to visit, and local places to try. We really enjoyed staying here.
