We could walk to everything from here, and the beach is right outside. The water was calm and crystal clear, just amazing. Our studio was much bigger than expected, almost like a one-bedroom, and spotlessly clean. We loved the balcony overlooking the beach and main strip, especially for sunsets and watching the busy scene. Noise never bothered us. The AC kept the room cool even in 95+ heat, and the elevator made it easy to bring our luggage up. We stayed four nights and wished we could have stayed longer. Would absolutely recommend it.

The location made it easy to get to the great beach and all the nearby restaurants, just a few minutes away. Palazzo had everything we needed for a holiday, with nicely designed rooms that have an authentic feel. Whenever anything came up, the host was ready to help. We were right in town, with all the main attractions an easy walk away, and had lovely views across the sheltered beach to the distant mountains. The apartment was spotless, well equipped and laid out, with a good sized balcony facing the beach. It's family run, and the service was prompt and helpful. Their English was excellent.

The woman at the front desk was so sweet and answered all our questions with plenty of helpful information. The hotel is near some great places to eat, with scooter and ATV rentals just a few minutes away. A GREAT place to stay while you're in AG Nikolaus!

The apartments were cleaned really well every day at a set time, with fresh sheets, mopped floors and clean windows. The staff were all very nice, and even though some of them spoke less English, we appreciated them making an effort to chat. Joanna at the front desk especially looked after us during our week in Crete. She shared tips about where to go and made sure we were comfortable. She was so kind and genuine, and we're very grateful for all her help. Palazzo Apartments in Agios Nikolaos, Crete, has amazing views of Kitroplatia Beach and the surrounding area. I'll stay here again when I return to Crete!
