We had a wonderful vacation, thank you! The bay view is amazing, and the sea is just a few steps down a charming path through the trees. There’s also a good restaurant right beside the villa, which was very convenient. The villa looks just like the photos, was spotless, and had everything we needed. Dimitris the manager welcomed us with a cheese platter and wine, and was kind, helpful, and always available. Vivi the housekeeper was lovely too. Breakfast was a real treat, delicious and beautifully served in the villa every day, with a little variety. We don’t eat meat or seafood, and they adjusted it for us. We enjoyed the pool, sauna, and treadmill. The Elliptical was unfortunately out of order. Some shade by the pool would be nice, but that didn’t take away from our stay. We’d love to come back!

We spent a wonderful 11 days at Sand Villas. Dimitris, the manager, and his whole team made the stay unforgettable with their incredible hospitality. The villa is in a dream location, just a few steps from the sea, where you can jump straight in. You can walk along the water to Agios Nicolas in about 15 minutes, which was great with children. It’s also perfectly placed for exploring the mountains and taking trips to beautiful beaches. Freshly made breakfast was waiting for us every morning, a perfect start to the day. Our one small concern was sleeping with the windows open. The heat pumps are very close to the bedrooms, so that didn’t work for us, and one window had no mosquito screen. It would be great to add one. We’ll be back! Thank you, Dimitris and team, for a wonderful holiday.
