The villa at Aernia Suites & Art was so spacious and gorgeous, and the views were incredible. We stayed for our Santorini wedding, and getting to watch the beautiful sunsets and sunrises from our accommodations was unforgettable. Andreas, the manager, was so friendly and welcoming, and made sure our needs were taken care of. Thanks, Andreas, for making the stay so lovely!

The quiet, peaceful location and breathtaking views made this a great place to unwind. Our suite at Aernia Suites & Art felt luxurious, with elegant design, quality finishes, and everything we needed. Andreas and his team provided impeccable service, and the concierge helped make everything seamless. Breakfast was top-notch too. This is one of the few places I can confidently rate 5/5. A real gem, and I highly recommend it.

We had cocktails by our private pool while watching Caldera's sunset and the Volcano. The villa's modern ornaments, luxury, and art made our stay feel dreamy, with a view like a painting. Katerina was a great host and always fulfilled our requests. Aernia Suites and Art was a delight. We highly recommend it and are planning to come back next summer!

We spent most of the trip enjoying the villa, especially the breathtaking sunset from the pool. The property is gated and felt very secure, so it was easy to relax by the pool or on a lounger. For our 20th anniversary, the privacy and quiet, away from Fira and Oia, were just right. There are three new villas here, and we were in the middle one. As of Sept 2023, the property may not appear on Google maps/Earth. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours, so we arrived at 10 pm instead of 7. Concierge Katerina was still there to welcome us, show us around, and surprise us with a customized breakfast cooked by chef Nick. She also arranged a rental car for the morning. Local rental companies may close at 9 pm, while Hertz, Budget, Sixt, etc. are open until midnight, so check their hours before booking. The breakfast choices were generous enough to keep us full most of the day, and came with a bottle of water. The mini fridge and liquor cabinet were well stocked. Only one other couple was there at first, in the honeymoon villa, but they left the next day and we had the whole place to ourselves. On day 2, our concierge booked a half day catamaran tour of the islands. We had a great time with couples from Canada, Australia, and France. That evening we drove to Megalochori for dinner, at Olio and Mr. Scoop. The location in Akrotiri means you'll need a rental car. It's a 5 min drive to the nearest mini-market and 7 min to a small grocery store. There is no cooking, so bring food or go out. Nothing is within a 15 min walk, though the lighthouse is a nice 30 min walk if you have time. Fira is about 25 min by car, Oia (Ee-ah) about 40 min, and there is a nice black sand beach nearby. Don't drink tap water on the island, drinking water comes in bottles. Gas is sold by the liter and cost us €2 per liter, or €7.6 a gallon ($8 gal). Those are just island life facts, not shortcomings. Viber or WhatsApp was the easiest way to reach the concierge.

The houses feel luxurious and have everything you need, with a great atmosphere. Breakfast was great, and the man who checked us in was very polite.
