The whole team was fantastic, always greeting my family and me with warm smiles. Service was top quality, and they were attentive to what we needed. We stayed a few days in three beautiful rooms with jacuzzis and private pools. The view was amazing, the location excellent, and parking was free for our cars. Breakfast was wonderful too. By far the best hotel in Mykonos for customer service. We’ll definitely come again 👍🏻🥰

We spent five days here and would come back. The hotel and rooms were clean and pleasant, and we had a great breakfast there every morning. We also spent about two hours a day at the pool. It’s a peaceful location with nice paths nearby for morning walks. The staff were super friendly, made us feel welcome and helped with any questions we had.

The reception staff were rude to us from day one. Our room wasn’t cleaned for two days, and there were ants everywhere. My girlfriend was poisoned at the pool because of bacteria. When we asked for the room to be cleaned, they said they wouldn’t because of COVID 19. We left on the second day because we couldn’t even use the bathroom, and the door wouldn’t close properly. Terrible hotel, definitely not five stars.

We had a wonderful stay at Suntouch Suites, everything was great. We’d booked a suite with a hot tub, but renovations were still going on under the new management, so they upgraded us to a unique sea-view suite with a private pool. The whole team is young and super friendly. We’ll book again for August!

I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. They cancelled my booking just four days before arrival, with no reason beyond “unexpected factor.” But the hotel still had rooms available to book on Booking. I think that’s unprofessional, and the extra stress of finding somewhere at short notice was the last thing I needed before my vacation!
