We stayed in October 2021, and everyone made our long-awaited honeymoon unforgettable. From booking until we left, the team were helpful and knowledgeable. The view was impeccable. They arranged our honeymoon package perfectly for our arrival, plus a fun wine tour and car rental. Thank you all!

We had a fantastic stay at Cape9 Villas in August 2021. The family suite suited us well, with two clean, lovely rooms and a shared sitting area. We enjoyed having a small private pool, and the larger pool shared with two other rooms felt private too. The villa had a breathtaking view of the cliffs and sea. Everyone on staff was kind and helpful, especially GM Ioannis, who booked several restaurants for us with the best tables and gave us great recommendations. I highly recommend staying here!

My experience with Cape 9 Suites was frustrating and deeply disappointing. I booked the wrong dates by mistake and cancelled within a minute, but was told the reservation was non-refundable. I said I was willing to pay fees and any difference, then contacted customer service right away to explain and ask for credit toward different dates. They wouldn’t cooperate or accommodate the request. The mistake was spotted and corrected almost immediately, so this inflexibility and poor customer service felt unacceptable. It seemed they cared more about keeping the money than providing good service or satisfying customers. I expected more from a hotel that is supposed to be reputable. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to work with customers was astonishing. I advise people to be extremely cautious when dealing with them. I hope the property admin and owner take immediate action and resolve my matter.

We chose Cape 9 after extensively comparing Santorini accommodations, and it offered incredible views at very competitive prices. The property, amenities, views, and hospitality all exceeded our expectations. Andreas and his team went all out to make sure we were comfortable and cared for. The meals were awesome, and the romantic dinner was fantastic. Their tour suggestions were really helpful too. When the airline misplaced one of our bags, Cape 9 arranged to collect it from Santorini airport and deliver it to our room. We’ll definitely choose Cape 9 again.
