The one small downside was hearing tables and chairs being moved in the neighboring rooms from time to time. Otherwise, everything was excellent, especially the service, breakfast, and staff. The pool was cleaned daily and was nicely heated, and we really enjoyed the privacy and beautiful view. Thanks especially to Ariana for the hospitality!

Breakfast came right to our room every morning, a lovely way to start the day. The hot tubs face northeast, so you can see the sunrise in the morning and the town lights on the hilltops at night. The suites were in a convenient spot for visiting the main attractions in southern Santorini. We ended up driving past the hotel several times as we went from place to place.

We spent seven nights at Neptune Luxury Suites and could easily have stayed longer. Everything was so well organized, and the atmosphere helped us feel relaxed and at home. It was a solid 10/10, and we hope to return someday. Our host Vicky made us feel welcome from the first day. She gave us personal attention, recommended places to visit, and helped plan our days with local tips. The suite was beautiful, thoughtfully designed, spotless, and perfectly placed for Akrotiri’s breathtaking caldera views. Breakfast was delicious and varied each morning. In the afternoons, room service refreshed the suite and left everything spotless and neatly arranged. Thank you to the whole team, especially Vicky, for making our stay unforgettable. F&M

The rooms were comfortable and very clean, and the hotel was a nice place to relax. The food was good, though it was very crowded. There wasn’t enough drinking water in the rooms, so bring some before you arrive. Otherwise they charge 5 euro for 1 litre.

Vicky and Ilias were friendly, approachable, and ready to help at any time. They sorted out a few issues quickly on our first day, helped book all our activities, and did their best to make the stay easy and enjoyable. The staff at Neptune were fantastic. It was my first time in Santorini, and I’ll remember it fondly. The location was great, with guaranteed privacy and a view of the Aegean sea. There’s a bus stop right in front, which makes getting to the centre of the island easy. Breakfast was nice, especially the eggs and omelette, which I wish we could’ve had every day. The king-sized bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable for my neck and back.
