Pancratium Villas & Suites

We felt as if we were visiting close relatives, thanks to the hosts’ warm, friendly welcome. They were always ready with advice about local sights and restaurants, and I’ve never met more caring, welcoming hosts in all my years of booking stays. Martha was wonderful about cleanliness and comfort, carefully cleaning our room every day and paying attention to the smallest details. The room itself was immaculately clean, with everything thought out for guests’ comfort. This place exceeded our expectations, and I’d absolutely recommend it to everyone.

Martha and Eleftherios made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They were genuinely warm and thoughtful, and we felt comfortable and looked after throughout our stay. We’d come back in a heartbeat. Our room had everything we needed, with a beautiful design and spotless finish. The sea view from our private terrace was the highlight, and we could have spent the whole day enjoying it. Breakfast was fantastic, too. Martha and Eleftherios made fresh eggs every morning, fried, scrambled, or boiled, just as we liked.

Wonderful views from the hotel, and we had an excellent stay. The room was very clean, and the hospitality was perfect. They helped us with everything we needed.

Martha and the staff made us want to return. Their kindness and attentiveness stood out, and they were always ready to help with directions, transport, tours, accommodation, or anything else we needed. They made our trip worthwhile and left us in awe. The villa is well placed for Red Beach, the Akrotiri Excavation, and a reasonable drive to the other main cities. The rooms are spacious and clean, with plenty of space for families. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, especially on the patio overlooking the city and sea. They also kindly arrange transport from the port in Santorini, which was a huge help given how few taxis there are. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Santorini, Pancratium Villas and Suites is the place I’d choose.
